This display suite was designed with the target market of urban cosmopolitan purchasers in mind. To create visual drama within the space and highlight the suite’s premium finishes, the design concept focused on contrasts: dark furniture versus light- coloured carpet; carved art glass adjacent to raw steel; and intensely-coloured artwork set against pale faux-finished walls. In addition, the materials, colours and details suggestively reinforce the natural setting of this development at the water’s edge.
