This new 5 star hotel and residences in Qing Dao Jia-Nan will be a new landmark for the rapidly developing resort area. The ocean front hotel will be a haven for both business and tourist travelers. A focus on natural elements, with reference to the “Garden City” theme will be evident throughout the design. Interior spaces included in this design include all public areas such as lobby, lounges, and several restaurants, as well as all guest room and related amenity areas.

This project is in the preliminary design stages and is expected to be complete by Spring 2010.
