This new 5-star, beach front hotel and conferencing centre will be located on China’s North East coastal city of Qing Dao. A design focus on “coastal sophistication” will be achieved through use of natural materials and textures such as wood, stone, and water. Simple, clean lined furniture and warm dramatic lighting will create an inviting feeling for guests.

Signature design spaces will be created throughout 3 levels of public space including the lobby, lobby bar, water features, Chinese Restaurant, Western style restaurant, conference and banquet facilities, pool, and spa. Twenty-four levels of luxurious guestrooms, including 4 upgraded executive levels complete with a club lounge and Presidential suite will also be featured. This project is expected to be complete by Fall of 2009.
