Nokia Research & Development Centre Burnaby, BC A new custom designed 90,000 sq.ft office building that includes office areas, meeting facilities, dining facilities with integral kitchen and a fitness center. An important requirement for these facilities was to enhance collaboration and provide a flexible, dynamic space highlighting the natural beauty of British Columbia. This facilitates productivity, employee recruiting and employee retention.
