Intelligent planning for the expansion of this global commercial and industrial property insurance, risk management and loss prevention company facilitated a functional office layout providing all teams with access to centralized amenities. These include a central reception, meeting rooms, training room and staff lounge. The reception focal point created with natural materials and feature lighting is centered on the elevator lobby easily directing FM Global clients to the main entry.

The staff lounge is expandable into the training room offering a multi-functional use of these two spaces. The offices take advantage of the city views while offering glass fronts for daylight penetration into the open office areas. A main filing room and a copy / fax / printing room for each team area were provided to support daily operations.
