The Call Centre for JPMorganChase incorporates design features that support both distraction-free solo work and accessible group communication. This is accomplished through the use of planning, features and materials that provide acoustic protection between individual workspaces and high-activity zones, making it easy for employees to remain productive while at their desks yet they have nearby access to a variety of spaces for informal gatherings. A number of light sources and generous access to daylight further enhance the work space and respond to the current demands of employees for a more natural working environment. A sense of movement is provided through the use of saturated colours, the placement of feature walls, and the boldly-patterned carpet.
