Offices for this Asian Developer are located on the top floor of a high-rise building and capitalize on the 360-degree views symbolizing their global perspective while providing an outlook on their Vancouver “market”. Despite having to be subdivided to meet code requirements for exiting and to address security issues, the floor space still reads as a single tenancy.

The planning of locations for walls and furniture was developed while working with a Feng Shui master. The global concept that developed was reinforced in circular dropped ceilings, slate flooring patterns, signage, and etched floor-to-ceiling glazing emulating the meridians of the globe.
